You may request deletion of information associated with your direct interactions with Blackswan.

How to request deletion

1. Email itsedgaremilio@gmail.com with the subject “Blackswan data deletion request.”
2. Identify the Facebook or Instagram account, email address or interaction associated with the request. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
3. We may ask for limited information to verify that the requester is authorized.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible information from Blackswan-controlled systems and confirm completion. Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations may be kept only for the required period.

Meta account data

Deleting data controlled directly by Facebook or Instagram may require using the privacy and account controls provided by Meta. Blackswan can delete only the data stored in systems it controls.
