Payment card information is handled directly by our payment provider and is not stored by Blackswan.

Meta platform data

Blackswan uses Meta's official APIs to manage assets that Blackswan owns or is authorized to operate. Data received from Meta is used only for these operational purposes and is not sold. Access is limited to authorized administrators and service processes.

Operational records are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, security, accounting or legal obligations. Sensitive credentials are stored in protected server-side secret storage and are never placed in public website code.

Service providers

We may use providers such as Meta, Vercel, Upstash and Stripe to host services, store operational data, process payments and deliver platform functionality. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information associated with your direct interactions with Blackswan. Platform-level controls and requests may also be available through Facebook or Instagram.
